1995 – SCO acquires Unix business from Novell.
1996 – Novell SCO Amendment to Asset Purchase Agreement (APA).
2001 – Caldera Systems acquires two SCO divisions: Server Software and Professional Services.
2002 – Caldera to Change Name to The SCO Group.
2003 – The SCO Group name change is approved by shareholders.
